Returns, Refunds & cancellation policy

Returns Policy

For original artwork, there is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at info@raebakerart.com

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once I receive your returned product, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If it has been more than 15 business days since I have approved your return, please contact me at info@raebakerart.com.

My prints and homeware products are printed to order and I do not carry stock of these. There is a 20% restocking fee for any prints and homeware products returned.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.


Replacement policy

If you received a damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty print or homeware product, I will rectify this by reprinting your item free of charge.

Please contact me by email, reporting the problem within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at info@raebakerart.com. Please detail the error with your order and provide photos, and I will endeavour to come back to you within 48 hours to confirm your reprint request.

No refunds will be given for damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty orders they will be reprinted and replaced.

Cancelling your print or homeware order

Other than Original artwork purchased from Rae Baker Art, all orders received are printed on demand, therefore once your order goes into production it makes it non-cancellable. Please make sure you check your basket is correct before making payment, please also make sure your address is entered correctly.

You have 1 hour from ordering your item to cancel it with me by emailing info@raebakerart.com. After that time I cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If that is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided.


Missing Order

Should your order have not arrived within 3 weeks, depending on your location, (I need to allow items up to 20 working days to arrive before I can assume they are missing). Please contact me so we can discuss options.

If you entered your address incorrectly resulting in an undeliverable item, I need to wait for that item to get back to to me, before I can send it back to you. This would then mean another postage and packaging charge needs to be paid before I can send it again or you can place another order. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, personalised items, custom framed) and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
